Lutra Book
An adaptable appointment-booking platform, first deployed for a coworking space.
The challenge
Service businesses like coworking spaces juggle appointments across calendars, phone calls, and spreadsheets, which leads to double-bookings, no-shows, and manual back-and-forth. Cowork Maribor needed a self-serve way for clients to book time and pay the right price without staff mediating every request.
What we built
Lutra Labs built Lutra Book, a smart appointment-booking platform positioned as an adaptable solution that can be tailored to a business's specific needs. The product lets clients browse availability and book online, with dynamic pricing and automated notifications built in to reduce no-shows and cut manual coordination. It was first put into production for Cowork Maribor, a coworking space in Maribor, Slovenia, running at its own booking domain. The application is built on Next.js and Supabase and deployed on Vercel.
